Great place to stay above the MRT stop St Ignatius High School on the orange line. Good accessibility to local breakfast spots within walking distance. Mall opens during the day below the hotel and is a good shortcut to the MRT, shopping, and food court. Staff are gracious and detail-oriented. In-house self-service laundry and free ice cream is a plus!

Great place to stay in New Taipei City. Only complaints is as a smoker (I know.) there is NOT a designated area as advertised; you have to go out to the street or behind hotel through the mall. The restaurant is a little bit weird also. have to buy a complete meal for each person; you can't just order a cup of coffee.

We have been staying here for years every time we visit Taiwan. The location is very convenient since the subway station is just an elevator ride away. The hotel changed management recently and was renamed. Nothing much has change except for the decor. We do miss the complementary bottle water that the old management used to provide daily. One minor complaint when we checked into our room was that there was a faint garbage smell for the first night. The smell eventually dissipated but it definitely could use some air refreshener.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I loved it again. The room was spacious and clean, and having the subway and a 24-hour Family Mart (for those jet-lagged midnight snacks) right downstairs was extremely convenient.

My family of 4 had a great stay, hotel was clean, staff are all friendly and spoke English. Location was a but far from most tourist destination but the MTR was right across the street. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall so on days we were too tired to look for food we can go to the food court.

The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing..
