Extremely friendly service!

Our stay was pleasant. The hotspring area has a great view to the mountains! The room itself looks outdated and some parts of the room definitely need fixing and remodeling. Their service is TOP-NOTCH! They picked us up at the bus station and when we checked out they also dropped us at Wulai Old street for us to sightsee, later ok they dropped our belongings free of charge!

Quiet hotel with a great view.

Nice quaint hotel up the mountain in wulai. Great views from the balcony and hot tub. However, it is quite far away from the old street where the shops and food are located, which posed no problem for me. There is a family mart 500m away from the hotel. Great to be near nature but if you want convenience, better to have your transport.

I have done a lot of traveling and have never stepped into a more disgusting accomodation. I have stayed in packpackers to 5 star hotels in my time and I can tell you this is not worthy of a 31/2 star hotel as listed by Expedia. The photos do not reflect the conditions of this accomodation. We are sure the photos are either so so old from when it was in better condition or they have been photo shopped. The place was absolutely filthy and could not stay. It is impossible to contact Expedia by phone when there is an issue like this. The hotel rating have to come from friends and family it is so bad

Mountain and Hot Spring Getaway

We enjoyed the thermal springs, birdwatching, and food and activities in town. Breakfast was good, and the hotel had a shuttle to take you to town if you wanted, as the hotel was a ways uphill from the main street. We wanted to stay longer, and they were not able to accommodate us, but helped us find another suitable hotel for an extra night, and took our luggage there for us.

真的沒住過那麼糟糕的房間，房間破舊環境髒亂，溫泉有超多雜質，晚上洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，櫃台服務不佳，而且只到22:00之後放空城，所以房客不能發生任何事，因為全部都要自己處理，網路上也只有櫃台電話，其餘的都查詢不到，早餐菜色少，有停車位結果是停路邊後面幫你放三角錐而已，分享上來希望不要再有人去踩雷，而且是大雷...
