Este fabuloso resort Villa está ubicado en la galardonada comunidad SEA WOODS, ubicada justo enfrente de la hermosa porción de No-Drive Beach de la hermosa New Smyrna Beach. Sea Woods está ubicado entre 53 acres de árboles cubiertos de musgo, ofreciendo a los huéspedes kilómetros de senderos para caminar, andar y trotar a la sombra, ¡ideal para niños y mascotas!

Date un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina ... convenientemente ubicado frente a la Villa. El área de la piscina ofrece baños y un área de patio sombreado para ver a los niños jugar.
Su villa única ha sido cuidadosamente renovada con encimeras de granito, pisos de madera de tablones de vinilo, un atrio y un patio privado amueblado. ¡Ideal para relajarse con una copa de vino después de un largo día en la playa!
Lo mejor de todo es que su villa admite perros ... Máximo 2 perros ... NO GATOS debido a alergias. Se aplica una tarifa por mascota de $ 75 por perro que se cobrará por reserva, NO por noche.

La cocina es hermosa y COMPLETAMENTE equipada ... ¡Las encimeras de granito y los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable hacen que esta cocina brille!

Great vacation experience

This was one of the nicest and easiest vacation rentals we had ever had. Every detail was considered. The villa is perfectly equipped and spacious. The villa is very private and in excellent location to beach access and amenities. Communication with our host Jill was excellent. We hope to return!

Amazing 2nd time stay!

This was our 2nd year staying for a month at this wonderful property. Everything is better than described in the listing. You can tell Jill, the owner, and her family vacation here as well because EVERYTHING possible that you need for a short or long stay is provided. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, we were greeted again with a basket of treats, and all the starting TP, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. that anyone needs. Communication is proactive, friendly, and just all-around awesome. Community heated pool is wonderful and just a short walk. Wake up to a sunrise walk on the no-drive part of the beach just a short walk across the street. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to New Smyrna. WONDERFUL!

Fantastic Rental & Experience!

Wow, Jill really thought about everything to ensure we had the best and easiest experience possible. This rental was spotless upon arrival and filled with towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, kitchen needs, blankets, a welcome snack pack and waters, etc. 2BR, 2Bath was perfect for my family so my teen had her own space/room. The living area was cozy with DirectTV and comfy love seat/chair. Walking distance to all 3 pools in villa and to the beach. Our experience was excellent. Jill was SO communicative before, during and at check-out. So helpful and kind. Thanks for everything! Literally, no complaints (only note is the bulbs are very bright/white in main dining area, but that's just a preference!) We loved this rental and will hope to book again when we visit our friends in NSB. Highly recommend. Thanks, Jill.

Stay over New Year’s 2024-25

We enjoyed a 5-night stay at this property over the New Year period. For a couple and one additional adult the space was perfect. The villa is very comfortable, well appointed, & private. Two rainy days were spent in part playing New Smyrna Beach-nopoly & other board games Jill has stocked the place with. NSB is a cute town and was a pleasant break from Miami

Excellent beach getaway!

Property was clean, everything well-organized and loved the layout with the two suites on opposite sides of the house. Beach is a close walk or it's a short drive if you want to go to other locations. Property is close to great restaurants, Publix etc. Jill, the owner was fantastic to work with, prompt to respond and has great recommendations. Will book again in the future!

Had a great time!

The place is huge, clean, smells great, everything works, no mold, no bugs, quiet, very convenient parking, very close to a Family Dollar Market. This is probably the closest unit to the pool in the whole complex. And who leaves their guests water and snacks, including doggy snacks? Family, that's who! And that's how we felt the entire stay.

Swept Away by Seaclusion!

We opted for a last minute birthday celebration in New Smyrna for the weekend. When we found Seaclusion, we were so excited about everything, we almost didn't believe it could be true! Dog friendly, a perfect size for our family of 4, and just steps from the beach! Jill was amazing with communication and really went the extra mile to make our trip special. She even had her housekeeper buy special birthday decorations and cupcakes! House is very well stocked, including a wide variety of beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. Kitchen had everything you needed as well! We were so sad our trip wasn't longer. 10/10, highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Awesome to work directly with an owner through VRBO! Jill was the best host I’ve experienced. She communicated thoroughly before, during, and after our stay. The home was as described and certainly our home away from home for a month. Very well stocked and more amenities than I’ve ever seen at a rental. It’s obvious her own family vacations/lives here because of all the extras (eg beach towels, chairs, comfy towels, beds, and pillows, etc.). Condo had everything even down to the potato peeler! Awesome location short walk to beach and shorter walk to nice heated pool. Just a couple miles from fun Flagler Ave! We will be back!!!

Rocket launch, birding and long walks........

Seaclusion was just the place for a week long getaway from Winter in the Northeast! We were able to view a launch from Playa Linda beach, see lots of birds and alligators at Orlando Wetlands Park and take meditative walks on Cape Canaveral Sea Shore.

Villa with excellent attention to detail

We loved our stay at Seaclusion - a lovely home away from home. So many little details that made our trip easier and better! We ended up cooking in for several nights and the kitchen was one of the best equipped my mother and I have ever used. My husband had to do a little bit of work on our vacation and he really appreciated the extra monitor to hook up to his laptop. The host was easy to communicate with and ready to help us figure out anything questions that arose. I would absolutely stay at this property in the future.

Met two friends and had a lovely stay in Jill’s place. She was so helpful and reached out with lots of recommendations. She was flexible and ready to help when a last minute issue came up. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We would visit again!
