Beech getaway

Wonderful location! Loved being just steps from the Atlantic shore. Watched a rocket launch from Canaveral. Comfortable bed, good furniture and great to have two bathrooms. BUT - renters and sea salt are hard on property. Recommend an owner walkthrough and some minor repairs. While there they ordered a missing hair dryer and fixed a badly leaking shower faucet. Yet in need of repair: garbage disposal, bathroom sink no stopper (can lose jewelry), bathroom vent fan, lubricate sliding door, tighten up front door (been jimmied once) and perhaps some other things like new shower heads. We had a good time and will recommend it to friends.
