Great Florida 8-Day Vacation - New Port Richey
Nice property. Family really liked the condo layout (kitchen, bedrooms, large sectional / lounger in living room, 2 bathrooms). Would stay here again. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues (sticky doors, shower hard to turn on, front screen door and latch needs replacement), this was a great place to stay that was about 30-40 minutes or so from some good beaches.

Spacious Budget Accomodations
The unit is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics but is sparse if you plan to cook much. The reclining sofa is so comfortable after a long day. The bathrooms are basic. The exterior lighting is very poor especially troublesome when arriving at night. This property requires a fair bit of maintenance. When required someone was available to assist us quickly.

New Port Richey stay.
Everything went really well. There was a slight problem with the password and TV set up which Maria came over within 10 and straightened out. Unit was clean and quiet. Served our purposes well. Would stay there again.
