Fantastic place. Great location and lift was a bonus. However in the middle of our stay we had someone random turn up to make beds. We suspected this was legitimate but rang the host to confirm. But had no reply.

Great getaway for girls weekend

Place was perfect for a girls weekend away. Beds were really comfy, a good sized kitchen and lots of couches to sit around and relax. Everything was clean and tidy.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely perfect experience…easy process to book, friendly and prompt communication, amazing property in a great location. House was incredible - set over 3 levels with unbelievable views of ocean, immaculate rooms and facilities where every detail was of the highest quality. Bonus was off-street parking. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely property and in a great location just a shrt walk down the costal path to the city center. We had constant issues with the home entertainments which we resolved in the end but was a little dissapointing for this grade of property. We had terrible weather and the property afforded epic views of the tempest from the upper story which was also cozy. If only we chould have got Netflix working..!!

Awesome stay in New Plymouth

We were in New Plymouth with extended family and some who had come from overseas. It was our first time there and we all enjoyed it so much. Such a cool place and felt right at home. The house is really nice and spacious with great sunset views in summer. A good time had by all. The lift was a bonus feature in the 3 level house after we had all done the Pouakai Tarns. We will be back one day for sure :) Thank you for sharing your Buller Noir House with us.

The weather was terrible for the 4 days there but that didn't take away from the stay. We'd love to come back over summer.
