Bed was comfortable, nice shower but poorly water pressure. Staff was very unfriendly not welcoming at all.

The front desk staff is super nice. The young lady who worked the night of 03 January was amazing and very considerate. She is a wonderful asset to this property.

Our experience at the Courtyard Marriott was great, we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, new great hotel, a lot of parking for free. Highly recommend it.

The hotel looks nice, but several things contributed to this being my first and final stay. I go home to New Orleans a lot, but this place is definitely not one of my faves. First, it was like pulling teeth trying to get towels. Secondly, my account was charged 4 different times for payments total $1663, when my stay totaled $1182 for 5 nights. I never got a clear reason why the charges kept happening. I was being told that they charge daily, or they don’t see the charges on their end. The bed was not comfortable, and To top it off there was only one elevator working!

This was my first stay at this property and I truly enjoyed it. Staff was great and room was nice. One elevator was not working but it did not pose a major problem. Although the wings were good it was too much for four little wings.
