Located in East Rock, arguably one of the most desired areas in New Haven, you'll find amazing restaurants including the incredible Nica's Market and Blue State Coffee in short walking distance, beautiful streets and parks to explore and shopping close by. Also Yale is just up the street! Sunshine Central: 2nd floor, 2-level apartment. Sunlit rooms, bohemian style, queen beds, ambient lighting, room darkening curtains. Cozy living room, large couch, chaise lounge, leather chair, Roku TV. 2 beautiful bathrooms, spa glass showers. Washer, dryer on 2nd floor. Linens, toiletries provided. Well-equipped kitchen, sunny with sheer curtains, gas range, pots, pans, spices, teas, coffee, Keurig. Marble island, bar stools, dining table for 4. The East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, named for nearby East Rock, a prominent trap rock ridge and hiking trail, is one of the premiere neighborhoods in the city. The area is home to a large group of Yale staff, and faculty, as well as many young professionals and families. East Rock is also a popular destination for cyclists, as a city bike lane runs along Orange Street, the neighborhood's spine. The abundance of coffee shops, eateries and the like make this a must see while in New Haven. Orange street is considered a main artery of New Haven. Access to bus routes and the train is walkable. Nice Location in New Haven

This is a very roomy 3-bed, 2-bath apartment very close to the highway. Everything was as advertised. There was some street noise on Friday night, but then again the house is in New Haven. Otherwise, all was very good. Check out Nica's Market up the street for some amazing paninis.

Really enjoyed the space, much larger than the pictures indicate. Lovely neighborhood and can walk to several nice spots. Great communication with our host, easy check-in and out. Very nice to have off street parking as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, good for a group

We stayed at this property with another couple while visiting family near at the Yale Peabody Museums. It was spacious for the four of us, and for having others join us for hanging out time. Loved having Nick's across the street and G Cafe down the block. Comes with parking, which is great, we were just a little confused about it at first. It was winter and we did a lot walking in and out, so broom and mop could have been handy to have. Overall, it was perfect for our trip and we definitely stay here again.

Sunny East Rock Apartment
