Family weekend

We enjoyed walking to coffee shops in New Haven in the morning & also the choice of so many restaurants for lunch and dinner within close walking distance. The bowling and pool table in the game room were so much fun! The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Great location with access to property gym

Super clean property, thought out and well stocked of the essentials. We spent much of time outside exploring but when we needed down time, it was ideal. Check in process and staff were very very helpful.

Nice stay.

The stay was nice as well as the amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would recommend is to replace the couch with a newer version that does not have a sinking dip in the middle. Overall the trip was good and I would stay again with upgrades to the couch. Thanks

Hyatus in New Haven

The Hyatus apartment at City Crossing in New Haven is one of the best places we stayed. Very conveniently located, close enough to NYC to travel there almost everyday, very clean and the stuff responded promptly to any issues we had (we didn't have any except finding other cars parked in our spot). We are very happy with this booking and for sure will come back.

Wonderful home away from home

This was a wonderful home to come back to after a long day exploring Connecticut and surrounding states. Kitchen was decently stocked with cooking utensils and necessary appliances; though having some real paper towels in lieu of the “public restroom” kind, as well as spices for cooking, would have been wonderful. The living room was quaint and comfortable, with the exception of the couch being severely stained. When living in a post-Covid world.. it doesn’t look very inviting to sit on mystery stains. The view of the beautiful church was a fun surprise, and for being on a street so central in downtown New Haven the noise wasn’t bad at all. There is some construction going on during the day on a new building a street over, but Hyatus isn’t able to control that nor was it a huge annoyance since we were mostly gone during the day. Parking was simple enough once we got the lay of the land, it was extremely convenient to simply set our GPS to the proper location. The beds were SO comfortable and the rooms were extremely inviting and wonderfully decorated; made it a serene space to rest from days activities.The preserved eucalyptus in the main bedroom smelled so wonderful that I purchased some for my own home on our return flight! Check-in/check-out procedures were so simple; Hyatus customer service answered any questions we had promptly, and always provided wonderful customer service. All in all we had a truly wonderful time in New Haven, and Hyatus’ lovely condo made that possible! I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for Hyatus properties when looking for a vacation rental going forward.

Nice one bedroom with resort-like amenities

Stylishly furnished, very clean, modern apartment with washer dryer in the unit. The building boasts a beautiful pool deck, luxurious gym, movie theater for streaming video content, fun game-room, custom coffee machine in the lobby, and numerous work and lounging spaces. Really feels like a nice resort in an urban setting. Great communication. We walked into New Haven daily, but it is not an appealing walk as you have to cross over a highway (using overpass) and walk through a few less desirably blocks before you get to areas of interest. Also useful to know that the unit’s second bed is in an open space and is a tight double. We did not find the couch to be suitable as a place to sleep because there is no support; it feels like the springs have failed and the couch needs to be replaced even though I think it’s fairly new. Overall highly recommend especially for people who will primarily be driving to points of interest.
