Tv never worked and no one ever looked at it. Our room keys never worked and we had to get the reprogrammed everytime. Very frustrating.

This room was dirty and smelly. It smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom and floors were dirty. The common areas were dirty. The man in the room next to us had dogs that started barking at 5:30 in the morning. He also was talking loudly starting around 6 am. Not a good experience.

Front desk staff we extremely nice and helpful. Needed to change room due to smoke smell for a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety. Bed was comfortable. Overall, clean and nice. I think some of the rugs need to be replaced--maybe a remodel.

Maria at the front desk was amazing and super helpful and sweet. Everyone that walked past said hello and was nice. The housekeepers in future need to quiet down there frustrations when they are cleaning rooms and talking about management. I could hear exactly what they were saying and honestly it wasn’t professional at all and it made me feel uncomfortable.

The Comfort Inn was very nice. Everything was great, and the lady at the front desk was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met.

Clean

Cons: Microwave should be available in lobby to reheat food.
Location: Area does not offer alot of attractions--all are half hour rides or more and cheaper motels available nearer to them.
Clean and all of that but wish there had been a microwave somewhere to reheat delivery of food. Breakfast was nice but bagels were semi fresh. It was a pleasant stay but I think $115 a night is pricey for Naugatuck that has few attractions in the area. Disappointed taht travelocity did not allow me to use my AARP discount anywhere.
