Cozy balcony loft with 2 over sized bedrooms and full bathroom. private lake front access with 60 foot dock and swim out raft. Cristal clear spring fed lake surrounded by mountain landscape. walk out to swimming, hiking, biking, and snowmobiling from property. Gunstock ski and recreation mountain and Mount Major 20 minutes away. Powder Mill snowmobile club. Boat marina, Public boat ramp and beach minutes away.
Additional fees may apply for:
1. DOGS are only pets allowed, Additional fee of $250 for for 2nd pet required.
2. Motor boat docking use: Additional fee of $300.00 per stay.

Beautiful property

Beautiful location and property! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, and dock. Close to Wolfeboro and Alton. An evening thunderstorm knocked out electricity in the area. Property manager checked in...and we were happy to report the generator kicked in and kept everything going and comfortable.
