Thursday night I spent the night in a five-star very fancy hotel in Arlington for a conference. The hotel had everything you would expect but it wasn't comfortable. I turned around and drove to Missouri excited that I was checking into what I call my regular hotel on this route, Knowing that I was going to get the best night's sleep. I don't know what it is about the bed and especially the pillows but I sleep in comfort at this hotel. Always clean & Always friendly! Thank you

The staff behind the counter took quite a while to check me in, and then instead of putting a hold on my card for "incidentals" like every hotel does, they charged my card $20 for incidentals at check in. As of writing this review, no credit has been issued. The gym was out of service, the pancake machine was not working, the chlorine in the pool was seemingly outrageously high. It just seemed like everything was a little off with this stay. On the other hand, the facility was clean and the beds were comfortable, so it was not a complete loss.

Waited and waited on being greeted and they had issues getting me checked in. Manager on duty announced my room number in front of other guests. I am a single woman traveling alone. Room needed a deeper clean. Food was fine and kitchen lady who was filling in that day was great!
