Charming Location, Wonderful Stay, but 1 Toilet, 2nd bed is pullout couch, Need Flexible Attitude
Loved our stay here, but being from North America (1st trip to St. Martin), perhaps we misunderstood that "2 bathrooms" includes 1 toilet only. As a group of 2 only, not a big problem, but not what we thought we were paying for either, if guests were visiting.
Challenging first days if you are not used to smart appliances (all Bosch (NEFF)), including the laundry.
The unit is absolutely beautiful, in a delightful location, and our bed very comfortable. Unit is close to walk-though security gate leading from Nettle Bay Beach Club properties to morning bakery, take-out lunch spot, local food mart, 4 restaurants, and excellent wine store. You can spend a few days in immediate area, before wanting a vehicle or taking bus/taxi. Claude's Discount Car Rental very close and excellent service.
To ocean swim, had to walk 200 metres along shoreline to reach smaller non-rocky access points. There are 3 clean freshwater pools.
Island vacations require flexibility and positive attitude. There were some days of water rationing, and regular short Wifi interruptions. Fibre optic cable to be laid soon.
Windy during our 3-week stay in March, so swam in ocean near unit only a handful of times. Visited the many other amazing island beaches though.
