Relaxing stay
We loved this place. It was clean , the decor was charming, kitchen well stocked, beds and sofas comfortable and the view was stunning. Definitely want to come back. Getting in was a bit of a task. Initially both my husband and I tried the code multiple times snd it wouldn’t open. A person on the property was trying to see if the cleaners could assist us while I waited on the line to get Vacassa. Finally reached Vacassa and he confirmed the code and gave us suggestions until we got in. After a while we learned techniques- like pulling the door forward til latched, only proceeding if we heard a beep after each number . It also went better after we had the code memorized and went faster thru the numbers. We had to tighten the latch plates, they were loose. It’s such a great place to stay, I think this should be addressed. By the way we have a similar lock at our house so did know how to use them.
