Casa Eva is a nice villa it’s very spacious and well maintained but during our recent stay in August we didn’t get much peace and quiet due to noise from building sites which basically ruined our holiday I’m talking really loud drilling most days from 8 or 9 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon there are several developments going on and a lot of undeveloped plots so I guess this will be going on for some years. If you want peace and quiet give this one a miss
