Welcome to this stunning hilltop villa in the charming village of Neo Chorio, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the bay of Polis Chrysochous.



This beautifully decorated villa has spacious living areas and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Set on a large plot, it has a private pool, furnished terraces and a lush garden with trees and plants. The villa has a large living room with a cosy fireplace and large glass doors overlooking the pool, garden and sea. The dining area comfortably seats your family, complemented by a fully equipped modern kitchen and a practical toilet. There are spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.



A lovely little balcony provides a quiet seating area from which you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. For barbecue fans, there is a barbecue area with a charcoal grill.



You can easily reach the unspoilt beaches on both sides and the nearby harbour of Latchi on foot or by bike. Here you will find a variety of restaurants and bars to cater for your dining and entertainment needs.
