⸻ Wow. Just wow. Staying at Mojo Hotel in Naxos was one of those rare experiences where everything just feels right. You can tell this place was built with love, intention, and serious attention to detail. Nothing was spared. Joanna was incredible. Warm, genuine, and clearly pours her heart into every part of the experience. From the welcome reception with thoughtful treats to the homemade breakfast that tasted like it came straight from a Greek YiaYia’s kitchen, everything felt personal and done with care. The staff is family. Kind, present, and always going the extra mile without you ever having to ask. The rooms were spotless. The garden was peaceful. The location was perfect. And the fact that we had easy, inside-the-property parking for our rental car was just the cherry on top. You don’t just stay here. You feel like part of the Mojo family. We came to Naxos looking for a hotel. We left feeling like we had a second home, a new family, and a piece of our heart forever rooted in this place. That’s not hospitality. That’s magic. Ουάου. More beautiful than in the pictures and run by a lovely family. Property is right next to the beach, with lots of restaurant choices. We had a room with a pool which was great for when you didn’t want to do the beach. Would definitely recommend.

a very bad experience for alot of money

430 euros per night but nothing in return. Terrible cleaning service in fact no cleaning at all. All surfaces were dirty every time we returned to the room, hair and sand on the floor, no mopping, no products. We had to ask for coffee, shampoo, sugar, creamer everyday which are basic, no hair conditioner either. They gave us quarter amount of paper rolls every day and we had to kept going to the reception for more because we were always in need of something. How disgraceful to be so cheap with good customers.. They are also charging for laundry but the service is still half done. They don’t even iron the clothes but they sure charge for it like they do. The place is new and very nice but for the price I paid (3160 euros total for a 7 day stay) is not worth it. All they wanted was money money money. Being a world traveller with at least 4 to 5 international vacations a year, I can honestly say the service was the poorest I have ever experienced. The owner doesn’t know how to manage her property, she blamed us for not keeping the room clean when in fact it was her job to do it, she claimed not to speak English but truth be told she understood very well, only not when she’s receiving criticism she didn’t want to hear. Even though I paid full amount upfront by credit card, on the check out she didn’t accept credit cards and when I tried to pay for the last expenses, she claimed she didn’t know how to do it.
