Não vale a pena o investimento.

Ficamos numa suíte para 4 pessoas por 8 noites. A cama de casal estava em péssimas condições. O lençol que cobria a cama não possuía elástico e era menor que o colchão, saindo do mesmo a todo momento. Os travesseiros são despadronizados de diversos tamanhos. E ainda, nos cobraram por 1 travesseiro extra sem aviso prévio. Um absurdo! No banheiro, o box não possui porta, tem apenas um parte de vidro separando o vaso sanitário do chuveiro. Assim, todo o banheiro fica molhado ao se tomar banho. Só existe ar condicionado para a cama de casal, deixando as 2 camas de solteiro sem a climatização. (A suíte é separada por parede e porta, gerando 2 ambientes). Neste mesmo sentido, só há armário e TV no ambiente da cama de casal. Um desastre! Não recomedo este hotel.

Hotel vieillissant. Nous y avons séjourné déjà à 3 reprises et cette fois le manque d'entretien et de formation du personnel s'est fait ressentir. La localisation est le plus de cet Hotel sur la plage.

O Hotel era no geral bom a estrutura era boa, mas as camas eram super velhas parecia uma canoa mole afundada, pedi pra que trocassem mas não o fizeram, o café da manhã era bom mas com poucas variedades. A piscina era muito funda nem aproveitei pois tenho 1,55m de altura e a piscina tinha o lado mais baixo era de 1,40m.

O hotel é ótimo, valeu a pena, o que deixa a desejar e a praia, mas isso não é culpa do hotel.A praia de ponta negra fica a 4 quadras de restaurantes, com uma grande e íngreme subida, além disso caminhar na orla é perigoso de dia e de noite, a orla não está em boas condições de manutenção e tem muitos maconheiros o tempo todo usando drogas, não fui assaltado mas ouvi alguns relatos de outros turistas....mas como havia dito, isso não é culpa do hotel.

Fiz reserva de um quarto piso superior, com vistas para o mar. Quando cheguei fui colocado no térreo com vistas para a piscina. Somente no outro dia, depois de muita conversa, me mudei para um quarto piso superior, com vista para o mar, conforme foi minha reserva. Foi como eu tivesse comprado uva, pago antecipadamente sem direito a restituição e te entregam abacaxi!!! Porque não proceder de maneira correta!!!! O quarto é amplo e agradável. Só acho que deveria ter cortinas maiores para diminuir a luminosidade do sol na parte da manhã. Lembrando que nessa época do ano o sol nasce por volta das 5 horas!!! Os funcionários bastantes atenciosos. O café da manhã bom. Gostei da localização. Perto de bons restaurantes. Dei nota três no item " conforto do quarto" devido a grande luminosidade, como já comentado, e também porque o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando e demorou dois dias para ser consertado!!!

Já fiquei hospedado 2 x , uma vez 20dias e agora 6 dias,quarto espaçoso , gosto deste hotel, embora alguns quartos ainda não estão reformados, a maioria ja, estão agilizando a reforma e pintura em todos!!
