Good location near the highway for easy access. Check in and out were simple, as well as parking. Upon arrival, we found the previous renter's sock, the smell of weed, and the freezer's ice maker didn't work because it was frozen over (needs more regular maintenance); after airing the place out and rinsing the ice maker, all was well. The main bedroom's mattress is extremely firm and the pillows are soft/squishy, so not comfortable for us personally. We tried the fold out couch and while that futon was more comfortable, it was still a thin futon mattress... Just an FYI in case you prefer different arrangements. We paid for late check out at 2p and got locked out of the location when we left for brunch and came back a bit after 11. Thankfully customer service answered a text after no answer to 2 calls (they were on the line with another customer) and they updated our code, but it would have been nice if our original code was extended as paid for. Overall a decent stay with some minor inconveniences and uncomfortable bedding, but helpful communication with the host.
