Perfect Spot

Perfect size for two people. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It was about 1/2 mile to Live Oak and a few other bars and restaurants. It was about a mile and a half to the middle of Broadway but an easy and safe walk. (Took an Uber once but didn't save a lot of time due to traffic). A couple of good coffee shops were only a couple hundred feet away. The kitchen was well equipped if you needed to use it. The bathroom was very nice.

Recommend the Stay!

This apartment is in a great location! Not far from Broadway, but far enough. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to Division Street bar/restaurant area. The apartment itself was clean and just the right size for my husband and me. The bed was really comfortable, but very low to the ground, which was fine, just wasn’t expecting it. The one complaint I had was that we couldn’t open the windows. They appeared to have been all broken. But that was a minor complaint. We will definitely stay here again…and the price is very reasonable!

Great stay!

We came for a long weekend, Thursday-Sunday. The place was clean and stocked perfect for two people. Location was good, walking distance(10 min walk) to a few bars and coffee shops. To get to main areas where all the bars are take an uber, otherwise it’s a 30 min walk. Check in was good, the door code we initially got didn’t work but we reached out to the manager and she fixed it quickly. Only negative part about the stay was the tenants above us. They were loud!! Every morning at 4am they were stomping around. Definitely not this places fault but just know you’ll be woken up from this.

Perfect location and space

This space was PERFECT! Great size for the two of us. Kitchen, separate living space, shared laundry just steps away. Very clean. Comfy king sized bed with the softest linens! I was able to work remotely but then we were also a quick drive or uber-Lyft from downtown. Loved walking in this historic area. Plus there’s the cutest coffee shop at the end of the block!! Christy is so quick to respond to questions as well. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Look no further!! You won’t regret it.

Cozy place, perfect for a couple

This property is slightly larger than a hotel room but much more comfortable!! Everything was clean and well maintained but the property is not brand new, expect the normal wear and tear of a frequently used place. The kitchen had just enough to get by for 3 days. Truly appreciated the complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweeteners.

Great overnight stay

Really good location near Belmont and the Gulch. Convenient to local stores and restaurants within short walk or drive on side streets. Definitely recommend for couples looking for a quick getaway for work or play.

Beautiful hidden gem

This property was so cute! It was clean and maintained. We spent a short time in Nashville and this place was perfect. We could hear footsteps above us but tolerable. Our unit was decorated so adorable. Owner added those little touches that did not go unnoticed….mints, snacks, makeup remover, hair & bath products. Owner responded promptly. Located 5 minute drive to Broadway or I took an electric bike one day but kind of expensive. Better off with a uber. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay in Music Row

We had an excellent stay in the Producers Suite at the Vinyl. The location is perfect to all things Nashville: Music Row, Vanderbilt, The Gulch and more. Loved that we could walk out the door and grab coffee at The Well Coffeehouse or dinner at Barcelona or the new Music Row Bar & Grill.The room was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Super comfy bed and sound machine to dampen any outside noise. Christy was very responsive when we had questions and when the microwave stopped working, which was replaced in a timely manner.We will certainly stay again when we visit our son.

Impromptu Get Away

Overall the unit was great and clean. The only issue we had was that you could hear the people above us, like to the point you could pick up on actual words, and they never seemed to go to sleep (up til 4:30-5am). Kinda sucked not being able to rest 2 of the 3 nights. If we ever rented again we would definitely request a 2nd floor unit..

College apartment vibes

Walls are very thin so we could hear conversations, tv and music from surrounding apartments at all hours of the day and night. We had the pleasure of listening to a screaming match from our neighbors upstairs that started at 1:30 am and lasted until 3:00 am along with them stomping their feet with their boots on. Not sure who monitors "quiet hours". Only after booking do they let you know there are top of the line noise machines in case it gets too noisy. Wifi was terrible. Communication was great until I discovered I left my computer cord there. I inquired about it and heard nothing.Our place only had 1 window in the bedroom so it was very dark like being in a basement.

Nashville Bday getaway!

This property is so cute! Communication with the manager was very easy. Clean & up to date! Bed was super comfy! Unfortunately, I was sick while visiting but the space was very cozy & comfy! 10/10 would recommend!

Unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable and as outlined in the online description. location was ideal since we weren't heading down to Broadway, but it too was close. And quiet.
