Summary:
The 7th and top floor of The Maddox, a historic Boutique Hotel. Every member of your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located suite. TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, The Gulch, and 2nd & Broadway are all within walking distance. The Library Liquor Store is right next to our Lobby entrance (as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases) and the Taste of NY Pizza is on our ground floor off Church St. If you have a hankering for some sweets or specialty coffees, D’Andrews Bakery & Café is right across the street.

Your suite provides an antique pool table, games and not one, but two, Keurig coffee machines! And these are just a few of the amenities! We have got you covered. Perfect for bachelorette & bachelor parties, birthdays, group trips, or corporate retreats.

The Space:
Our beautifully furnished 4,356 sq feet unit with 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths (1 of the bathrooms is in the Penthouse). This suite has the most unique Penthouse downtown and a 1,500 sq ft of rooftop deck for your exclusive enjoyment. You will have a full kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and toasters.

Getting Around:
There is no onsite parking but we do have 3 paid parking lots within 1/2 block of us. We recommend The Library Parking as they are open 24/7 and the cost is $20/day.
Motorized scooters and bicycles are also available. You can always take a LYFT, Uber or taxi to locations too far to walk or if the weather is bad. If it is nice outside, Nashville is a great city to walk around in.

Other Things to Note:
The Maddox Hotel Team is available 24/7 via your booking app. We can interact as much or as little as you would like. This is your party!! There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance or a Whole Foods and Publix, both a mile away.

Perfect for Bachelorette Weekend!

The Penthouse Suite at the Maddox was perfect in every way! 14 women stayed there COMFORTABLY. Plenty of room in the common spaces. I was worried about only having 4 bathrooms for all of us, but because they were all separated from the bedrooms, there was ALWAYS at least one open! The place itself was clean and luxurious. Exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area was just incredible. The communication from the host was on point. Location was an easy walk to Broadway, and it felt very safe. Would definitely stay there again! ALL the women LOVED it!!! Also, the fridges were both stocked with bottled water! That was CLUTCH. This place is fantastic.

8 of us flew in from different parts of the country for a study group/fun weekend. The property was clean, made for a group our size, very nice, and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go downtown. I would highly recommend it.

Probably the best accommodations we have all stayed. Perfect and easy location, only two blocks to broadway. Very clean. 6 guys in our group and plenty of space with a nice common area. Rooftop and view is great. Would be even better with a hot tub up there!!! Definitely will book and stay here again. Appreciate the fridges being stocked with water

Birthday Celebrations in Nashville

This was a great property! Very clean and well represented. Top floor is wonderful with access to rooftop patio. Property manager Audra was very helpful and communicated well. She helped get our group in as early as possible and allowed us to store bags for a few that had later departures. Would definitely recommend to a larger group of couples and older kids that enjoy some separation but need great common areas as well. Great place to stay!
