Nashville Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and stocked as described and the walk to lower Broadway was only about 20 minutes. We hung out on the balcony daily!The second bedroom has an opening to the living room though so the noise carried into that room making it hard for the people in there to sleep while someone was in the living room. Also, it would have been great if the door code stayed the same throughout the trip.

Review

Location was good!The unit had a musty smell to it maybe due to lack of windows and fresh air!Wasn’t enough toliet paper for our stay also not enough dishwasher pods! We did have an issue with our door it didn’t lock properly Chloe was very kind and had it fixed for us.

Nice property

Nice property, very updated, be aware that every day you will get a new access code to get into the garage for parking and a separate access code to get into the condo. We felt very safe walking to Broadway. There was a lot of homeless people between the condo and Broadway. The parking garage is completely gaited which was good. If you're a coffee drinker, it takes pods. There are train tracks that run right next to the property and trains that runs day and night. The view is pretty. We are very happy with our stay and would rent again

Great location

Great location that is an easy walk to either Broadway or Nissan Stadium. The property had a great view out of the large window in the living area- the kids even spotted a turtle in the river! The bedding in the master bedroom left much to be desired. There wasn’t a proper fitted sheet and the mattress cover was stained. The bed also only had a sheet, no blanket/comforter of any sort. The secondary bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush and we needed to remove the lid to help it function. We didn’t reach out to the host during our stay because we just weren’t in the house much, but wanted to be sure that they are aware of these items.

Great place not so great TVs

The stay, and the property were wonderful, but if you want to use the televisions, it is next to impossible to get them to work. They need to have some type of instructions or directions when you are renting the place that the TVs are difficult to access.

There were numerous codes to enter...garage, elevator, unit, etc. Those codes did not work. After MANY calls to management, new codes were sent, which didn't include ALL the codes required. We were encouraged to download an app...which also had an incomplete list of codes. Additionally, the neighborhood was sketchy...homeless encampments, trash everywhere. We didn't walk outside at night. NOT a place to let the kids go out and play

Last minute trip

Place was nice. Area was under construction and the train was a constant. You get codes to get into the garage, elevator and condo, all different. The codes change daily, so you have to check the link daily. You can not get in to the condo until Exactly 4, even if you are willing to pay for early check in and the condo bldg is empty. The management is very nice, but not local, so not much help. I would not stay again.

We were 7 buddies and enjoyed the place. Only thing to consider is the train that is pretty active. Otherwise everything was fine. good location not to far from broadway

Location, Location, Location!

Easy rental. Some learning curves with accessing codes for parking and the property. Excellent river view. Lots of train activity but sounds were not loud inside. Easy access to walking/running trails but some sketchy homeless camps. Easy walk to all the great stuff on Broadway (less than a mile)

Disappointed - Needs Attention

The only reason I gave this place a 2 versus a 1 was because the location and the parking area were splendid. While there was a ton of construction in the area, we did not allow it to impact our trip. However, many things did: 1. The washer did not work (no power - no big deal except that my husband needed to wash clothes as he met me there following a business trip and needed to use the washer). 2. The dryer vent was not attached and was venting into the condo. 3. The garbage disposal did not work until just before we left, as we dug a lime out of it from the previous renters. 4. The dishwasher was not attached to the wall and would tip when we had the rack pulled out to load it. 5. There were NO baseboards in the entire unit, and nails were sticking out where the old baseboards used to be. And EVERY wall was scuffed and dirty and in dire need of painting. Not to mention the disgusting hand prints above the headboard (use your imagination). Also, other damage from things being torn off of walls. 6. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was moldy. 7. The lights on the adorable patio were mostly all burnt out and a few were broken, leaving jagged glass attached. 8. The door knob in the master bedroom closet was broken and dangling. 9. Elevator broken for over a month (we were made aware of this before our trip and we stayed on the 2nd floor so no big deal, but had to listen to others hoofing it at 2am to the 3rd and 4th floors.) While I would never worry about one or two of these items, this was a bit excessive. In addition, many of these are basic maintenance and when you are paying over $700 in fees for a 4 night stay (Vacasa $500 and VRBO $216), on top of the rental amount, you don't expect all of these maintenance issues. We did contact Vacasa more than once and were told that a local agent would contact us. Nothing! Also, VRBO said that it was managed by their partner, Vacasa. I would want anyone considering this unit to be sure these items have been corrected prior to booking and to be sure that if you are renting from VRBO, that you read carefully about any other "partner" that may not be responsive to your needs. I truly felt like we took better care of this pace than the owners/property managers are!

Bad experience

This property was not up to standard. Clogged furnace filter, broken glass on patio, broken patio door latch, broken coat rack laying on table, scuffed and dirty walls. Last and not least… LIVE BED BUGS and larva. We sent photos to Vacasa manager and called her but never received a response. We did not want to leave a negative impression, but would like to know if the bed bug problem was resolved, so no one else had to return from vacation with bed bug hitchhikers and have to launder all clothing.
