Ice maker wasn’t working…kitchen door needs a blind…got a little nervous when the Uber driver told me I was in the hood…neighborhood was very quiet and I had no problems…I would stay there again…

Unfortunately due to the location of the house, I would not recommend nor will I be back. A car drove by a fired 5 gun shots in front of the house as I was outside. The last night, I am almost positive, someone broke into the backyard area and was looking in the porch window. The air vent in the first bedroom off to the right makes a constant annoying noise when the air is running. Makes it hard to sleep. Overall, I messaged my host when the gun shota were fired.( Police were called and came) I informed them I did not feel safe at the house. Their reply glossed over my fears.

Family getaway

Comfortable stay for 5 adults and 2 children. Plenty of towels and linens. Soap in all bathrooms as well as dish and laundry soap. Street parking only. All bedrooms are upstairs, so if you can’t do stairs, this is not the place for you. Short drive from touristy locations.

Location

Location was a little out of the way, to get to restaurants, shopping, and Broadway street. The Deck and Fence needs painting or staining, as they are getting old. There could be a BBQ there to use, wether it is charcoal or propane. Ceiling fan on the outside deck is very wabbly, and needs to be replaced. We replaced the lighter as the one that was there was empty. A few supplies for food could be a lefft staple, like cooking oil, Salt and Pepper, Sugar, and utensils like wooden spoons, tongs, newer non stick fry pans. More soap for doing dishes, and for the dishwasher. Other than a few little neccessities it was great.

The house was just perfect for our trip to watch our son graduate from Belmont! Decor and furnishings were gorgeous with home away from home comfort. Bed was, I think, the best I have slept on!! Loved it here and will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!

Nice and big. Everything you need

We enjoyed our time here. The property can use some improvements, such as the livingroom couch thats very worn and uncomfortable, and the cleaning could be improved, but overall it was a nice place. Could have done without the lawn crew coming at 8 a.m Saturday morning waking everyone up.

Perfect For Friends Trip

We had three couples staying at the house. It was perfect for us. The couch is amazing, we decided to stay in one night to watch a movie and everyone fit on the couch comfortably. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio for breakfast in the morning! We had a small issue when we got there, but the property manager was quick to help us. He even went above and beyond when I called after the trip as we were missing two items. He went to look for the. And even though he didn’t find them, I really appreciate him doing that! Highly recommend!

The little things matter

We did not feel safe and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedding was very questionable. We had to clean the bathroom before using it. The home had great amenities and was well stocked which made the stay more pleasant. There was a lack of attention to the outside of the house. There was underware on the front porch when we checked in.

Great location

We really enjoyed the property. Place was clean. Spacious for 5 people. Microwave didn’t work, but still gave 5 stars as things do break down and out of control. Property management was notified right away when microwave didn’t work and offered to come take a look right away. Place was easy to access as we spent most of our time downtown Nashville. We would definitely stay here again if we had were in the area.

Great location and comfortable home

Absolutely loved the house, very clean and nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The location to broadway is perfect, close enough to easily be downtown, yet in a quaint neighborhood. The neighbors were welcoming and the whole experience was perfect for our family.
