Ubicado en el popular vecindario de Lockeland Springs en East Nashville, este espacio ofrece una excelente combinación de ubicación, privacidad, relajación y valor. Con un plano de planta abierto, techos altos y muchas ventanas, puedes disfrutar de un respiro tranquilo y confortable lejos de casa, ¡y aún así estar a solo minutos de la acción!

Este espacio de 475 pies cuadrados tiene dos habitaciones, con una nueva cama cómoda, un sofá cama doble, un baño privado, una pequeña sala de estar adyacente a la cama y un área para sentarse / comer, con una mesa y sillas.

Incluye un refrigerador / congelador de tamaño completo, máquina Keurig (café incluido), horno de microondas y agua filtrada fría / caliente.

El espacio es adyacente a nuestra casa renovada de 1896, y tiene una entrada privada completamente separada. Está en la segunda planta, sube un tramo de escaleras.

Bobby and his property were fantastic. The property is clean, modern and spacious. He provided a number of suggestions for food and music-they were all spot on. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a fantastic bakery, Mama Bread, and restaurant, Locklead Table (make a reservation), just a few minutes walk away. The five pointes area (just a 15 minute walk) has great food options (Margot's Cafe is a fantastic French restaurant-make reservation) and music venues. The WeGo bus running downtown is a five minute walk from the property and costs one dollar each way for seniors (you can also purchase a 4/day pass). Can't recommend this property and host enough.

The space itself is lovely and we had everything we needed to make our 4 day stay comfortable. Lots of neat shops and places are within walking distance. Even with a car, everything we wanted to do in Nashville was accessible. It's also quiet in the area. Would recommend and book again, thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the bed was great. The neighborhood is very walkable and fun. The bus system is excellent, and the stop was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. Our host Bobby was very attentive making sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place!!!! Hope to come back again!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO in East Nashville! The location was perfect—close to everything yet tucked into a great neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. The home itself was ideal for two people: comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed.What really made our stay exceptional was the host. Bobby went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had a great experience. His attention to detail and hospitality did not go unnoticed.We were completely comfortable here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Bobby's apartment was a perfect home base for us during a short visit to Nashville! The location is great since it's close to downtown as well as walking distance from the 5 Points District. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and feel like we could make ourselves at home for a few days. I recommend it!

Wonderful location and clean apartment

A peaceful resting spot

Cannot say enough good things about the space or the host. The space was clean, very thoughtfully designed and organized, and made my stay so easy. Bobby was friendly and very accessible via the app and text! My only note relates to location - NOT a critique but a tip if you aren’t familiar with the city and staying here without a car and relying on Uber/Lyft — use the reserve/schedule a ride feature if you have any time sensitive activities in the Gulch (dinner reservations, show tickets, wedding things) to ensure a ride. Traffic between East Nashville and Downtown can be a little tricky. .

This property is amazing! The location is perfectly situated in East Nashville with lots of charm and character. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed

Such a cute, cozy place with plants was perfect for me and my friend. We enjoyed everything from the lights and the garden area to the heated floors in the bathroom. The place was easy to find and close to downtown. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I will stay here again for sure.❤️😁

Great location, clean and comfortable

Really enjoyed this VRBO. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated. Perfect size for me and my boyfriend. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so this was easy walking distance to them, but also to coffee shops, small bars, restaurant and other shops. Easy walk to 5 points and short drive into downtown.
