406. Decent value. A couple blocks off the main fare. Not unsafe but wouldn’t walk late at night. Little things can take this to 4 stars. Clean window sills, invest in a decent shower head, a little more utensils and upgrade furniture a bit. Front staff was friendly and interesting environment being an old bank building?

Liked the room itself very much-very spacious and adequately stocked. Location is not ideal if you’re wanting to spend time on Broadway, but it did help us get our steps in! I thought $40/night parking was a bit high but very convenient. Had an issue with internet on their wi-fi but not sure why. Quiet area near the Capitol-never felt unsafe.

Excellent location. I stayed at this rental for four nights. It was a large apartment with a full kitchen. Concrete floors with two area rugs. Excellent friendly staff. The ice maker in the freezer did not work and I submitted a repair request, however, it was not fixed while I was there. Within walking distance of the arena and the bars area. Parking is $40 per night, which is competitive with other parking fees in the area. The check-in process was difficult, but an employee helped me since I did not receive check in information before I arrived.

The dishes were pretty gross, the glassware had rust stains on them from the glasses being put on the metal shelf wet. The plates were greasy and not clean at all. I took photos if you wish to see. One of the pillows also had a large black makeup smudge on the pillow corner from a previous guest.

My fiancée and I had a great time and absolutely loved our stay. We were on the first floor and had a balcony that we could sit on and watch the cars go by. Really nice area and within walking distance to downtown. Only downfalls were the parking and our dryer went out. We paid $40 per night to park which I think is a little ridiculous, however, the lot is gated with our own personal code to get in. Then our dryer went out on the first night and the staff told us they could not fix it. They let us use another room’s dryer, but when the rooms booked up we were stuck without a dryer. Besides that it was an absolute great stay and will be staying again!!

I absolutely loved the kitchen. The appliances and space in the kitchen created the perfect atmosphere to cook a meal. The ceilings and door ways were tall! I felt like the place was so big but yet the perfect small place. The bathtub was amazing!! The bed was so comfy. The couch was comfy! Onto some of the unfortunate dislikes. I wish there was a little more cookware to use. Like a cookie sheet. The barn sliding doors leading into the bedroom kept falling off the tracks. It could be a safety hazard. One of the biggest things we struggled with was the cleaning ladies. Check out isn’t till 11 am. They opened the door 4 different times before 11 trying to clean. We told them we weren’t leaving till 11, and they persistently kept opening the door. There is a door tag to hang on the outside when we leave, but we didn’t put it there yet to notify them we were gone. It was disappointing that they kept trying to open the door. I felt like we were being made to leave.
