Security was great and Jeremy in the lobby was friendly and a huge help. The room was nice except the couch was stained and I did not want to sit on it. I covered it with a blanket. All the nightstands and side tables were wobbly. I was afraid to use the one. The vault area did not look like the picture at all. No furniture there. I loved the outside grounds. It is a unique building.

Great spot!

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We were just there overnight but it would be nice for a longer stay. No hotel amenities on site but we didn’t need them. Area is downtown office location so not much open in the evening to walk to but quick uber to all the main entertainment areas in Nashville.

This was a absolute nightmare of a group of people. I did everything they asked if me and then more. But when I got to the hotel, I could not get the code for the gate and spent over an hour on the phone at 1130 at night. I had to go spend another 300 dollars on a room not bc I wanted to buy bc you folks forced me too and it was absolutely one garbage of a reason. I want my money back but have been told it was sent bank...... it has not. Not refected in my account yet and I need that asap
