Excellent!

This is a beautiful property. Perfectly clean and wonderful. We had an issue with used sheets on the pull-out sofa and couldn't find any in the closets to replace them. The property manager had new sheets delivered that same day. I could not ask for a better location. We had a group of 10 when we booked but ended up with 6 women, ages 21 - 60. Perfect!

Great place near downtown

What a great place to stay for our first visit to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to get there relatively easily but still have room to move around and have a vehicle. Really enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings.

Perfect for getaway

We arrived a few hours early and the management company was able to accommodate us with early check in. We had all of the necessities for a getaway weekend. The property had some minor wear and tear damage, primarily on the rooftop. Checkout was a breeze. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again. .

Family Titans trip

The property is in a convenient location, close to downtown and everything else. Overall, the property was clean, except for one shower curtain is quite moldy, and there was a garbage bag hanging over vent in a bathroom. Great place for five single adults to stay and sleep. We did have someone try to break through a downstairs window, so make sure all the windows are locked as when we got there the windows were not locked. we also had someone steal the grill and propane tank, but again not the fault of the company. We would actually stay here again.

Cleaners had not done a good job from last renters. We were missing towels and wash cloths and toiletries , had electrical problems and left over trash from prior renters as well as broken items. We did like the house setup and location and overall had a fun time.

Great location

Beautiful house, with a great location, easy walk to Music Row and other great city locations. a few flaws with the house that did spoil our time there. We had a problem with the front door lock, we had to use the garage to leave everytime, they did send an engineer out on our last day but still never really got resolved. No T-towels to dry up dishes, very small bath towels. No storage at all for middle floor bedroom, plus it was a put up bed, very uncomfortable, compared with the other beds. Whilst alot of furnishings are beautiful, there's some looking very tired (roof terrace) also sun parasol broken. No bathmats, which made the tiles very slippy. Overall, we had a good time staying there, but it wouldn't take much to make it perfect. with locking the door when

Nashville with friends

Melodic Skyline was a terrific location and the right size fit for our group of four adult couples. Uber trips to & from airport and into downtown Nashville were cheap due to the great location. The rooftop was perfect place to relax with our friends. The mgmnt service was terrific in assisting with any issues we had (forgot the door code). We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay best all the Nashville sites.

Expected Better

Safety concerns and sanitation issues were communicated to property manager, but were not addressed during our stay. Ok location. Renters beware! Don’t be surprised if additional charges show up after your stay.

Nashville ladies trip

Overall good experience very clean, comfortable beds, if you struggle with stairs this might not be the place for you. , shortage of towels for our group however once we message the host they quickly dropped off more. Cute and clean, 5 minute Uber to broadway Mcdougals chicken at the end of the street is a must.

The house was absolutely filthy upon checking in. Bugs everywhere including in the sheets (live gnats), there was hair everywhere including on the walls of the bathroom, mold on shower curtains, and crumbs of food on bedroom carpets. While I was refunded “the cleaning fee and management was attentive to try and fix it during my stay, the young women and myself didn’t feel comfortable letting in a cleaning crew that we didn’t know after the fact with all of our personal belongings; I have never stayed in a rental this dirty in my life.

The property location hard to get in , no sidewalk on street . Sanitation was not good . I have several pictures . Front door would not lock and air conditioner went out. They did send someone to fix AC. Did not have enough towels . They did send more after we called They had ants . They dropped off a can of raid and ant traps. I could continue but it not orth it . Pleasant and functional

We stayed in the area for a milestone birthday. The unit was very suitable for our group of 7. Close to Broadway and no problem with ride pickups. Lots if stairs kept us moving :-).

Nice, clean townhome with plenty of space

We had a great time in Nashville celebrating a birthday. Everyone had well-appointed bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The rooftop deck is great, albeit it was a bit chilly for us to enjoy for a lengthy period of time, given the time of year. The location is good. We could walk to The Gulch and Vanderbilt campus. We otherwise Uber'd wherever we had to go. Getting an Uber/Lyft was quick and easy. The kitchen was clean and well-appointed. Only suggestions: the master bath needs a TP holder of some kind and it would be nice to have Kleenex.

Thanksgiving - 21st bday celebration

Property was exactly as described. House manager met us to look over property before we “moved” in- even got the lines and kitchen items needed that weren’t in the home already. There were 10 of us and we all slept comfortably - beds are super comfy! Location is fantastic - 15 min walk to the Gulch. Super easy to Uber (in expensively) to Broadway! Any issue we had was addressed and fixed within reason - even delivered lines on the holiday! We had a very nice stay and would stay at the property again.
