Central Locale to Attractions

The management team is very helpful and super responsive. We had 6 adults a small dog in our group and there was plenty of space. The kitchen has great space, but the dining area is small, perfect for a few guest to drink coffee and plan your day or get a little work done. Great restaurants within walking dustance. Awesome frenced backyard for pups. There were some hiusekeeping issues that were addressed by management, so dont hesitate to contact them with issues. For the mobility challenged, you may have a hard time with this home. There's lots of steps up to the house and as with many older homes, the rooms have thresholds to step over or down.

Disappointing

"We recently spent 5 days at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The beds creaked excessively, to the point where we had to remove the mattresses and place them on the floor to get a decent night's sleep. However, even walking on the floors was a challenge, as they creaked and groaned with every step.The drains emitted a foul odor, and the couch was filthy, forcing us to cover it with a sheet just to sit on it. The washing machine was broken, filled with dirty water, making it unusable. To make matters worse, there were no extra sheets or towels provided.The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day, and we were left without internet access for the remainder of our stay.Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone. The numerous issues and lack of maintenance made for a poor and uncomfortable stay."

Great location. Rooms seemed smaller than depicted. Not bad for the price. Multiple lightbulbs were out and cobwebs. Backed a construction yard that was noisy in the AM.

What a DUMP

It was old, that's okay. But it had been horribly neglected. The furniture was old and so uncomfortable tha we had to put pillows on the couch just to sit on it. They gave us two towels and two wash cloths per person for a week long stay. The whole house was hot when we got there, but the fourth bedroom was a furnace. The stairs to the fourth bedroom were dangerously narrow and steep. The floor was so uneven that you felt like you were on a roller coaster. On the second day of a seven day booking, the air conditioner went out (it was 94 that day). They brought in "portable" a/c units that roared like a train. Then they wanted us to wait to meet a repairman the next day. I was on vacation and they expected me to deal with a repairman. Thw a/c was not fixable. They finally agreed to refund my money. They gave me less than half of what I had paid for a week long stay. We were only there two nights. If you want to RUIN YOU TRIP, BOOK THIS HOUSE!

Review of 4th of July Stay at Louise by AvantStay

House and property were very clean and prepared on arrival. The property manager was attentive making sure we arrived safely and had no issues. I would not hesitate to stay again here and highly recommend it others.

Perfect! Location was excellent. Easy access and ability to get around Nashville from here. Fire pit was nice added touch! Variety of selections available on TV was nice! We would definitely come back to this home when back in Nashville again

Great location

The house was walking distance to a lot of great spots in East Nashville area. Very clean and a great backyard. Glad they had a tower fan for the master bedroom since there wasn't a ceiling fan.

Great Nashville stay

The house was exactly as described. Great location. The only bump was that the given code to enter the house was not the correct one which is always stressful when arriving at first. Fortunately we called the phone number provided and it was fixed immediately.

Awesome stay

We had the best time in Nashville! This property in east Nashville was perfect for our group! It was walking distance to a fun arcade bar and the best burger joint! And getting an Uber to Broadway was never more than a 5 minute wait! Grateful we got to stay at this amazing place!!

Conference Visit

Very easy to locate. In a wonderful location for food and play. Nissan Stadium is in walking distance. Beyonce and Ed Sheeran performed while in town. A daily cleaning service is available. Stay for nine days...it became home.

dangerous disappointment

found debris in the dog's yard, glass, sharp plastic, roofing shingles, wood possibly from construction. Fire ants throughout the patio, walkway and back fence. Sent someone to treat patio and walkway only with white powder, no one came back to inspect,or clean chemical, hose found by me to clean, was full of holes. No clean-up of yard debris except by me and dogs kept finding. No mowing or maintenance. A 26 day booking reduced to 14. Management notified immediately and repeatedly by email. Replaced a mildew shower curtain myself,HVAC did not cool entire house. Asked in writing, and given assurance that the condition of fence and yard was good, PRIOR to my arrival. The partial refund did not cover extensive fees and taxes had to be requested. The manager I worked with had never seen the house.

Great Stay…have some recommendations.

The bedrooms need more tables or chest of drawers. Women have a lot of little stuff that needs to be unpacked and sit out. Also, we had to buy additional fans for both downstairs bedrooms. We ended up sharing beds instead of using the attic room. It was just too hot this time of the year, even with the window unit.

Nice for weekend trip!

House was nice, we had 4 people staying for the weekend so we each got our own bed. Only issues were the wifi not working (I didn't call to try and get this fixed though, we weren't at the house enough to worry about it), and not enough hot water for all of us to take hot showers, but otherwise a good house for a weekend trip!

Great location for Nashville.

This home was a great location for Nashville. It was very quick to get to what we wanted to see and it allowed us to get back to a quiet home for the evening. Easy to get in and out of. Street parking was a little busy in the late afternoons when we got back but we had no problem finding a spot down the steee a bit. Not bad for Spring Break. The biggest draw back was there really was not a dinning area. There is a small table in the back entry area but we really would have liked some sort of eating area within the home. There was an additional toilet in the laundry area which was a nice bonus with larger groups. I felt the beds were a little on the firm side but some may like that. It is an older home from roughly the early 30s or 40s but is in very good shape and clean. Over all it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others.
