Comfort and Convenience

The rental was beautiful, well appropriated and spacious (comfy beds and large bathrooms), and it had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the rooftop deck as well. It is located right next to Fat Bottom Brewery, is close to a Dollar General and Kroger, which was very convenient. Having a keycode to access the property was also convenient. There were a few minor complaints to mention, however. There was some difficulty in getting the ID picture in focus for the verification process, which delayed me getting the check-in instructions. Also, the front yard was not mowed, which hurt the curb appeal slightly. Lastly, we did find some dirty dishes in the kitchen. Overall, however, we had a fantastic stay. I would stay at this property again and was excited about sharing the details with friends and family.

We had a good stay. The home inside was nice and clean. The only problem was that the yard wasn't cut and was over grown which gave us the wrong impression when we arrived. But the home itself was nice and the areas we visited made this home a great hub.

Summer trip to Nashville

The house was very clean, well-stocked with supplies. The location was good for easy access to local sights. The property manager was excellent. Felicia helped me with all my questions. She was always so pleasant on the phone. We enjoyed staying at this house.

Great home, Good location

This home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Fat bottom brewery is directly across the street which makes dinner super easy after a long day. It is a 15 - 20 minute drive to get anywhere but only because of Nashville traffic. The house could use a couple of arm chairs in the living room and you will need to bring extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Only 1 towel per person is provided. But the house truly is great!

Awesome house with amazing location

This property is in a great location for whatever you need to do in Nashville! We were there over 4th of July and could see Fireworks from the 3rd floor balcony from all over the city! Beds are super comfy, great water pressure and lots of parking. Brewery across the street was also fun!! We will book this again in the future!

Beautiful Nashville Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room to sleep and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the brewery across the steet and also checked out some great local restaurants. Loved Coco's! Would highly recommend this home for your Nashville stay!

Nashville Vacation with Teens

This house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Plenty to keep the teens occupied if adults wanted to experience downtown in the evening. I would 10/10 recommend others to stay here for a vacation.

Amazing House For A Guys Trip

Our group of 6 (40 y/o) loved just about everything with this house. Great setup, nice game room/balcony, and we took advantage of the Fat Bottom Brewery being across the street. Walking distance to several other places (pastry shop, gas station, fast food, etc). Literally ONLY downside to location was how busy the brewery got on the weekends, the massive amount of street parkers, and how fast ppl drove down the road despite how busy things were. I mean, we managed fine so didn’t ruin anything for us but straight up was the only downside for anything about the house. Everything else was amazing and we'd book over and over again!

Great except check in

The house and property were nice. I did contact the host in order to get it early check-in which was denied the original check-in time is 4:00 PM however I had not received any check-in instructions or code to enter the property prior to that. I used the app to message the host and never got a response in regards to check in process or code to enter the house. I ended up having to call Grand Welcome and speak to someone about getting the code to check in. We then were unable to get into the house until after our original check in time. The purpose of this trip was a surprise bachelor party. Unfortunately, we did not get in early enough to set everything up like we wanted and the groom had already arrived by the time we got in.

Home Away From Home!!

We enjoyed our entire weekend stay at this property. EVERYTHING was clean, neat, and felt like home. We had everything we needed within the home to complete our stay. Directly across the street from the home was Fat Bottom Brewery which made it a + for us all.. Overall it’s a great home & location being just minutes away from down town. The trip was originally booked for my dad but unfortunately he fell sick just two days before the trip. So I will be booking again in March!! Thank You All ❣️
