We were greeted by Renee at the front desk, even though we were early for check in we were accommodated and even given an upgrade. The room was one of the best designed rooms I had ever stayed in, the over sized vanity was located outside the bathroom (which had ample natural light for applying makeup, so my husband and I were never fighting over bathroom time.We always had more than enough fresh towels (a biggie for me) Renee was warm and friendly and spent time pointing out places to eat and visit. I would share more positives more but space does not allow

Terrific place to stay when visiting Mt. Juliet! Really delicious and varied breakfasts, with really good coffee, a very comfortable king bed, nice furniture and , great housekeeping, temperature control worked beautifully, great bathroom plumbing, etc. Excellent staff and front desk folks. Also, very reasonable rates. This time we were given a handicapped room, which was just a bit less amenable to us than the usual rooms we've had before, owing to the weird closet and shower stall entry. Still, no major issues there. My suggestions would be to improve the lighting in the bathroom to make it easier to shave or for women to put on makeup, to have larger waste cans for refuse, and to add another comfortable chair to the room in addition to the nice desk chair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll be back when in Mount Juliet, TN.
