Clean condo, but other issues
This was a trip to Nashville for my adult son and I. I'm fairly familiar with the west side of Nashville and we didn't want to stay in a hotel downtown. We had a car and covered reserved parking was provided at this location. So, that suited us as well.
We were given the condo door code, but never could find the code for the outside door in any texts or emails. Fortunately, someone was coming out and let us in initially. Had to call customer service to get the outside door code, which was quick and easy. I don't think they actually sent it. Three different adults read through the sent information and couldn't find it.
The condo was clean upon arrival. Note that there are no luggage carts. I was aware of this before booking, but two different parties stopped me to ask about them during our trip. I think it would be a wise investment for the property. Elderly or disabled folks might have difficulty getting things to their condo without them.
We had just a few issues with the condo. The ice maker didn't seem to work. The floor lamp over the sofa is just ridiculous. The way its curved, you have to be careful standing up from the sofa so that you don't hit it with your head. One outlet in the master bedroom didn't work. They need a peephole or security chain on the door. Late one evening, someone tried multiple times to get into our condo. My son went to the door and man thought he'd gotten off on the wrong floor. You can't see what's going on outside the door without opening.
