Yes for the most part. The ice maker did not work . The shower close to the garage tended to stop up somewhat. Loved the chocolates and the wine and the coffee service was great.

This place was beautiful!! One of the nicest places we've stayed. I didn't love all the stairs, but that's how Nashville is. If you have any physical disabilities, this place would not be ideal. The living space is on the second floor. For our group of 4 adult couples, it was absolutely perfect! Spacious rooms, private bathrooms and the rooftop patio was a perfect way to hang out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We loved everything! The home was perfect for 8 seniors, as we each had our own room and bathroom. There are lots of stairs but they were relatively easy to handle. Kitchen was well stocked, with enough coffee, tea and ice for us all! Roof top patio was wonderful and a great way for us to end every day with a night cap. We all agreed, this home was a top highlight of our trip to Nashville. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. So well decorated and pristine. I was in town with my 3 best friends of 32 years. We pick a different city each year. This was one of our best trips and partly due to our residence. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all had our private space. Kitchen well stocked for big breakfasts in the morning. Added touch was fully stocked coffee bar, snacks and wine. This we have not experienced before. David and Val were very responsive with questions regarding local recommendations. The garage was another added benefit as we had a rental car. Would highly recommend this property and its people to others.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville. The unlimited coffee and tea, large bowl of fresh fruit and 2 bottles of wine are a very nice touch! The beds are very comfortable, but could use better pillows and a refresh of the sheets. We had a great stay. The property is perfect for adult couples as every room is a king, has a bathroom, soap and conditioner provided, a full length mirror AND iron in each room. Wine, fruit and chocolates were a very nice touch. This couple knows what they are doing. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous all around. The hosts are wonderful; quick, efficient communications. Unit is outstanding. It has everything you need and more. Instant hot water everywhere. Check-in is a breeze. Dave & Val provided fresh fruit, wine, chocolate, Keurig pods galore, and big fluffy towels. This is a quiet, convenient, safe location. The unit was sparkling clean & tastefully decorated. The beds have the MOST comfortable mattresses ever ! They have thought of everything. You will NOT be disappointed with this rental.

The property was perfect for us—4 girls who were there for a conference. So great we each got our own room & bathroom! It was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen had everything & more we could ever need!The property manager gave us all the info we needed upfront so there was no to ever reach out. (That’s a first for me…and I travel a lot!)I would definitely recommend this property.Love that we were able to keep our luggage in the garage until check in. It’s obvious this property manager is very experienced & can anticipate the guests’ needs!Thank you for that! Much appreciated!

We had a great stay. Property was exactly like the pictures in the listing. We were very impressed. The location was nice as we walked to a nice quiet section of the city for breakfast every day. Broadway was just a short uber ride away.. and the roof top patio was a perfect place for a night cap.

Great Trip with friends

This is the second year we chose this house for a trip with friends (3 couples) to Nashville. We love the roof top and David & Val’s place is clean and spacious. If we come back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again!
