Ground floor : living room with sitting (english,german and french TV channels ) and dining area, kitchenette : inductionplates, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, separated toilet.
Upstairs : 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200 ), one bedroom with a bed (140x200), bathroom and toilet.
Accommodation not suitable for recharging electric vehicles.

Narbonne-Plage is a seaside town situated at the foot of untouched countryside
and vineyards with large sandy beaches and lots to do and see. The villa is located in a calm, residential area of Narbonne-Plage, only 2 mins walk from the beach. With many cafes and restaurants facing the beach, you can enjoy a glass of local wine while watching the Mediterranean sun set.
A 5 min drive will bring you to Gruissan with its numerous shops, bars and marina and a 15 minute drive will take you to the Roman town of Narbonne. A 40 minutes drive to either Béziers, Carcassonne or Perpignan, gives you a choice of 3 airports to fly into.
