Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with mezzanine, small garden & terrace (garden furniture) on both sides of villa. Garage and allocated parking space in a secured holiday residence. 5 sleeps maxi. Ideal for 4. Small pets allowed.
Ground floor: living room with dining area, english, french & german TV, DVD, kitchenette (4 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) washing machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room, WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200), mezzanine with 1 trundle bed(80x190).

Narbonne-Plage is a seaside town situated at the foot of untouched countryside and vineyards with large sandy beaches and lots to do and see. The villa is located in a calm, residential area of Narbonne-Plage, only 2 mins walk from the beach. With many cafes and restaurants facing the beach, you can enjoy a glass of local wine while watching the Mediterranean sun set. A 5 min drive will bring you to Gruissan with it's numerous shops, bars and marina and a 15 minute drive will take you to the Roman town of Narbonne. A 40 minutes drive to either Béziers, Carcassonne or Perpignan, gives you a choice of 3 airports to fly into.
