GREAT community, too bad about the accommodations

I stayed at Crystal Lake RV park for 3 weeks. Ms. Scott was the host.Pros: The community is very friendly, had many activities on offer and as renters there was no problem joining everything on offer.The RV resort was VERY well kept - clean, pools heated and clean, hot tubs very clean, great jets, pickle ball courts were awesome, garbage pick up daily. Office staff helpfulThe host communication was quick.Cons: The park model we rented from Ms. Scott was sub par in my opinion. We arrived later in the evening around 9:30pm, it was dark, outside lights not working. No welcome info left out, I had to find the wifi modem to find the code which was written on the box in the wall of the back bedroom. No instructions on lights (they were turned on by remote controls).....Many many personal items left everywhere. Every closet, every cabinet, shower had mostly used personal shampoos, body washes, ect. The medicine cabinet had toothpaste, mouth wash - REALLY? laundry found in both washer and dryer, smoke and CO detectors not working, fan filter for furnace VERY dirty and needed replacing, (it was replaced during our stay) over the range microwave and fan not working (It was replaced during our stay), dishwasher not working (it was replaced during our stay, but the replacement never worked), smoking drug pipe and leaves found in the dresser drawers, left over food found in kitchen Wifi not working, had to trouble shoot myself. Ms. Scott would no longer respond to any calls
