Park Shore Resort Naples features stylish accommodations and residential-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis, racquetball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths and on-property dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar.
The newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a corner penthouse boasting views of Palm Trees, PSR water features and views of the Gulf Shore Drive skyline including the sunset skyline. The condo boast an open floor plan living room, dining, kitchen combination opened to the spacious screened in balcony. This unique condo complex is within walking distance to Seagate beach and just 1 mile to Clam Pass Beach. Clam Pass Beach offers free golf cart rides over a mile of boardwalk through mangrove trees. Clam Pass Beach offers their guests the public side which includes use of a restaurant and facilities or enjoy the amenities offered by the Grand Hyatt Hotel including chairs, umbrella, drink and food service for a fee.
