The check-in rep was not very helpful and one of the rooms they gave us was dirty. When we went back to the desk they didn't apologize and seemed annoyed. The pool attendant was awesome! Super nice and helpful.

No heat in the room We Were given a wheel chair room , the bathroom looked like a hospital when we complained about the heat and handicapped room They told us they could not do anything about it because we had booked through travelocity. not a good advertising for your services. They told us to book directly through Hilton next time We would like a refund or at lest a voucher towards another stay, if not we will ask AMEX to stop payment. What should we do?

Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. First dad food was good and fresh, then next day they just warmed up whatever left from previous day.
