Rented for a week. The entry keypad worked about 1 out of every 3 times entering the location. Frustrating. Often times had to rely on people leaving the residence to let us in. Further, the elevator got stuck and we had to call 911 and the Fire Department had to come to let everybody out. Heard that we were not the only ones that happened to. The views are great for oceanfront rooms, however, just know this is a party place. A lot of noise late at night. Also, a consistent smell of pot lingers at all hours. Not a family friendly place and did not feel safe. Came back to our assigned parking lot one night and had to pay 20 to park overnight in a different lot because the police were arresting somebody in our parking lot. Stay at a lot of VRBO's annually and this is the only time I have left such a review. Obviously won't be back.
