Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms are exactly as depicted: bright, clean and welcoming. The view was phenomenal. The grounds are nicely landscaped and impeccably maintained. Everything is very clean. And the elevators are fast and quiet. Sarah answered all of our inquiries promptly and was very welcoming. THANK YOU!

Older and somewhat updated condo in an area where we frequently stay. I'd rate this condo as average. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. If you are looking for a clean condo in a nice area, at a decent price, I'd recommend this one. The parking garage is definitely a challange, as the spots are quite narrow.

Gorgeous ocean view and everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We were given concise instructions and had no issues with our stay. A comfortable bed. The shower pressure was amazing and got hot immediately. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and even beach chairs/umbrella if you needed it. People in the building were friendly and accommodating, we recommend it highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. One thing people should be aware of, the turns from level to level in the garage are extraordinarily tight. Go slow and be very careful or you'll scratch your pain. We had a Bronco Sport and were okay but went very slow. Not a deal breaker, just be aware.

I took a quick road trip from PA to Myrtle Beach with my college friend. The condo was just what we needed! It was clean, great view & proximity to the beach, and I loved the shower! The host’s communication was great…absolutely no issues!

We loved the location. All the access to the pool the beach . And restaurants . Only thing that we didn’t like was the parking garage it was tight for mid size car . And that we couldn’t have a golf cart. Thank you we had a wonderful time

Perfect for 2!

After a long cold winter my husband and I needed to see the beach and feel some warmth. This little apartment was perfect for us. Host was extremely responsive and it was as advertised. Two minutes to the pool and the beach is across the road. Amazing shower!! Would definitely book again!

Exactly what I wanted

This property is easy to get around and Phyllis has laid out every detail you will need. The spot is perfect and the location is quiet and peaceful yet less than 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and broadway. We had weather one day so the indoor amenities were perfect for the teenagers. The residents were super friendly and always helpful. We had the most relaxing time and Phyllis has supplied everything you need to stay in this condo. Thank you for sharing your home.
