The room was really nice. 3 BD condo is very spacious and it was clean all but the balcony which was full of pollen and not wiped down for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and it's a full kitchen so that was nice to cook full meals and store them.My greatest disappointment was the frustrating check in process. We arrived unable to get into the building because the code didn't work. It took me about an hour to get someone on the phone that could actually help and there was a bit of run around with customer service. I had a handicap mom and she was forced to just wait in the car while I tried to get things sorted out. Thankfully other guest were nice to just let us in but we still had to wait for a service man to fix our code so we could go in and out. I asked for a late check in for compensation, I thought that was a fair courtesy when they should have given us a free night stay, but to my surprise, no one responded to that request. During our stay we still had some trouble with getting in the building, but the best part was the room and the convenience of location and the room condo was great. If they work on the building entry and the customer service I will def return.
