Unidad de lujo en el segundo piso con vista al campo de golf Conveniente para la ciudad y la playa

1.350 metros cuadrados Pie. unidad con tres dormitorios y dos baños limpios, lavandería de tamaño completo, cocina completamente equipada (no hay alimentos ni bebidas surtidas), TV en cada dormitorio y sala de estar con DVD. Piscina y jacuzzi fuera de 100 pies de distancia. Estamos a solo ocho minutos de la playa y cerca de la ciudad. Abundan los 1.000 restaurantes y nuestros campos de golf favoritos están muy cerca. Nos encanta la comodidad de todo el mundo. Los grandes espectáculos están cerca.

Convenient location

This location was so close to everything we wanted to do. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and he kids loved the pool.

Great place

This condo is a great place to stay. It is a close drive to the beach, shopping, food, and any of the other attractions. The owner Myron is very responsive (within an hour). The condo was is golf / beach themed and has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was nice in pictures but better when we seen it in person. Clean and comfortable for the family, close to the beach and other attractions. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. We went down for our family reunion and several people who stopped by to visit us was blow away by the cozy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming for a vacation and need somewhere reliable and clean.

We were a group of golfers and decided to stay in this Appartement. I would do it again and again. It was clean with very new interior. The location was pretty much close to everything. The owner was very easy to deal with-thank you for this.

Perfect getaway for family

The unit was a lot bigger than expected and it was perfect for our needs. The pool right outside the unit was also a nice feature but we didn’t use the hot tub…it was way too hot out for that. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils, plates, bowls, pots & pans and a crock pot too. Bring condiments. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again!

The property is old and scruffy and clearly run through an agent as most of the messages I received appeared AI generated. Didn't respond to one of my messages, parking issues and very little 'welcome' culture with the property.Don't bother staying here.

Rainy weekend, cozy condo!

Loved the location, close to restaurants, grocery stores & the beach but not so close that noise was an issue. 2nd floor condo but the stairs with a small landing helps for hauling up luggage. Beautiful condo, very cozy, great beds & comfy couch & chairs. Close to the pool & hot tub. Would have liked a few other cleaning supplies than what was provided bc I love to clean the counters before bed, but other than that, a wonderful stay! Very nice and would come again!

Annual Golf Trip

We have stayed in this same condo for the last 3 years. It is convenient and comfortable. We are already looking forward to coming back next year. However, we had problems with the living room TV and the shower door. We weren’t able to use the TV because it wasn’t a smart TV or it didn’t have a Roku or Apple TV setup. The shower door was broken when we showed up. Also, we could not find the pool code.

The space was great! We had several hiccups that made us think we had not made a good choice but after getting those resolved we were thankful for the space and comfort the condo provided. 1. The space was not clean on arrival. We arrived after 530 pm so the space should have been clean and ready for us. We left so it could be cleaned and were able to come back after 9 pm. 2. We had 8 people staying but only 6 towels were provided. They did bring more the following morning.3. There were no sheets left for the sofa bed. They brought these for the 2nd night as well. As stated, those were all the 1st night but after getting there and settled the space was amazing.

A Perfect Vacation Location

This was the perfect vacation location for our small family to getaway. Plenty of room for both adults and teens. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation and dining in. Both the living room and dining area had enough space for game night and mealtimes. And the screened in balcony off the living room and master bedroom provided a great quiet space for my introverts in the group. The balcony's two chairs and small table made watching nature or enjoying the sounds of nature while reading/meditating a bonus event. The pool was nice but we really enjoyed the hottub. It was a great way to end each day before calling it the night. The location of this property is pretty good. We were close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and anything else we may need. Of course, the beach is the main attraction and our reason for the trip. So if you decide to visit, the larger beach is about 30 mins away, but Myrtle Beach park is less than 10 mins away. We found that the Myrtle Beach Park option, though a bit pricey, was the ideal location for us. Unlike the bigger beach, you spend less time hunting for a parking space and restrooms. Also because it is a park there are plenty of nature things to enjoy there. We hung out on the beach then spent time on the pier. Who knew our teens would find awe with the number of cannon jellyfish, baby sharks and sea life activity. All viewed while standing on the pier. Yes, this was a perfect vacation location.

Weekend Getaway

Property was nice, apartment as well.. Wish the pool opened earlier & closed later.. Would of been nice knowing that the golf course facing my balcony was, no longer a golf course! 😁 Other than that, my buddies & I had a great time.
