The owner has included several home necessities like 2 55" HDTVs equipped with Netflix, Disney+, Roku, cable, wireless internet, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer. There are washing and drying machines on site as well!



Whenever your hunger arrives, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to make your meals or even pack for a picnic along the sandy shores! On those days you decide to dine in, you can gather around the dining table with a great family meal or romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank. If you aren't into the whole cooking thing, fear not, Myrtle Beach has over 1,900 restaurants to choose from! From some of the freshest seafood you will ever taste, to restaurants of all flavors, your taste buds will never be bored! Guest access

Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the onsite amenities!



Inside the condo, you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on the property to prove you are a guest!



Parking is available for both motorcycles and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and suvs. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME



1) I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
