Very convenient to get to/from airport, the free shuttle is handy, easy to get to from terminal 2. Thought it would be a slow check in after a bus load of passengers also checking in but it wasn’t, very efficient and line moved quick. Service is elite, from the bus driver who loaded/unloaded luggage onto the bus for you to the hotel staff that would check you in, very helpful and friendly. You’re directed to help yourself to the amenities in the lobby before you head to the elevator to the room. Room was surprisingly spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable and very clean. I stayed here with my 5year old whilst my husband and 2 older kids stayed at the capsule hotel at the airport for the experience. Highly recommended and very good value for money. Thanks for having us :)

Family mini stay 🤔

We had only planned 2 night stay but extended stay here after we postpone our international trip to Bangkok. Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was small for the four beds. Carpet was showing sign of consistent wear and is in need of deep cleaning or replacement. TV is only in Japanese. The bathroom looked and smelled clean. Water pressure was good in the shower. The food was good, with a choices. We stayed for 5 nights and for dinner, I tried ordering the fish dinner and strangely, every time the same answer was given...." they were sold out". If that was the case, then more of that dish should be prepared on a larger scale. Breakfast was also good, after 4 days, we got tired of the same choices. Shuttle service is offered as a curtesy to and from airport, hotel, train station and the Aeon mall. That was just awesome! The shuttle driver was just that. One seemed a little annoyed when we tried asking for direction and a little information, so we decided not to bother him ever again. The hotel is dated and needs some serious updating. Its good for a 2 night stay but not for family extended stay. There is no lounge. Also u have to pay different to use the pool or gym or even gain access to that area. Location is convenient to airport, where you can always get transportation to where you need to go. Also if you plan to wash your laundry, dont. We went to laundry area, and it was super scary, dark and gloomy. We were out, we can take our clothing back dirty or buy new ones.

A large airport hotel with e everything needed within. The restaurant has great food, above average for an hotel
