The handicap shower sprayed water all over the curtain which leaked onto the floor which made it dangerous for my elderly mother and aunt. The ceiling is thin and we could hear everything the neighbor upstairs was doing from walking to sitting on the bed. It was very annoying.

I liked everything about it except that I could hear noises from other rooms, which wouldn't have bothered me except that they started at 5:12 am when someone's alarm went off and woke me up, and continued from then. I especially commend the hotel staff, as they were all very friendly and helpful.

once we got to our room (checked in late after 8 pm, noticed no hand soap, no body wash! Called front desk no answer, went to the front desk nobody was available to help us. While checking out we tell the front desk representative " No Soap was in the room no body wash! Reminded the representative we are members.... All the representative could say is " I'll let them know! Just awful service!!

Only one issue... Staff is low for getting the room cleaned when asked. I had to make a day request to get the room cleaned with fresh sheets, towells and trash taken out. Not good for the price I paid for the room. I think I should have recieved a discount for the inconvience of the hotels low staff, which is NOT the Customers fault!
