Love Waters Edge. Great location and clean property overall

This was our 2nd stay at Waters Edge. We love the property and location to everything. However, our condo this time was a little disappointing based on the amount we paid for the convenience of a condo. First of all the refrigerator in the unit did not have an ice maker. We have never stayed in a condo on the beach that didn't have an ice maker. This is just an ESSENTIAL item. Also, the coffee maker was a filter coffee machine. No one uses filters anymore. We brought Kcups which made the process difficult. The toaster barely toasted. Didn't even get the bread warm. The toilet paper was 1 ply! Really! The drinking glasses were VERY small and glass. Wouldn't even hold a can of Coke. Also the unit was not cleaned thoroughly from the guests before. Rug in the kitchen was not swept and the mirror in the hall bathroom still had toothpaste splatter on it. Yuck! And the bed sheets were cheap and thin and wouldn't stay on the bed. This all might sound trivial but meant a lot given the amount of money paid for this unit. This unit did not hold a candle to the unit we stayed in previously. Will ask more questions about the unit before booking here again. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach.
