We Love This Place!

This was our second time staying in this condo! It is truly amazing! The space is perfect! The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials, the living room furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms though small are all you need and perfect for a family! The screened in porch overlooking the marsh is lovely! It is a quick 1block walk to the beach, and we loved being able to go to the arcade, restaurants, and mini grocery without having to get in the car! The pool and hot tub are great as well! Not to mention the in unit washer and dryer is such a plus! If you wonder where to stay in surfside it’s here. The only thing to note is there is no elevator BUT this unit is on the first floor so not too bad! I also loved parking the car under the building as it was always shaded! 5star must stay!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Garden City! The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which we really appreciated. The view from the porch was absolutely gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. The pool was a big hit with the kids—it was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the marsh. Overall, it was the perfect family vacation. We’d definitely come back!

4th of July Vacation

Myself, husband, mother & 7 year old son stayed for a quick 4 days 4th of July getaway. We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed to cook delicious dinners, had easy access to the beach and a beautiful marsh view. Highly recommend for a small family or couples getaway.

Another 5-Star Spring Break!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. It was a short 2 min walk to the beach and still right beside great lunch spots/pier and ice cream/arcade. The deck looking over the MarshWalk was beautiful and great for bird watching. Host was in constant contact and made sure we got everything we needed! When traveling with 3 children, simplicity is key. The hosts made that happen and more. We also enjoyed having a pool to hangout when we needed a quick cool off. Highly recommend garden city/Murrells inlet area and this VRBO property

Our family vacation

Overall the property was well equipped, clean, and in a good location. My daughter's really enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony watching the birds in the marsh. Would definitely use again and do recommend.

Much enjoyed vacation and location

This condo was booked to spend time with my father who was visiting from out of state. He and his friend told me many times during their stay that this was the best vacation. Their only regret was that they had to leave today. The owner/host was very quick to respond and send information to make the process smooth and easy from start to finish. She was available but not at all instrusive. We felt welcome and as though this was a home away from home. The condo was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. The screened porch overlooking the marsh is even more welcoming than the picture conveys. Several hours each day were spent relaxing on the beach that is in very close proximity to the condo. My visiting family liked the fact that it was not overcrowded on this section of the beach during their stay. We absolutely loved spending evenings at the Garden City Pier together, also within very close walking distance. Each night we were there, they had 2 bands, 2 bars, and a really nice atmosphere. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area. Pretty short drive to the Carolina Opry show we attended one evening but plenty of things to do within walking distance. Very positive experience and much enjoyed time spent with family.

Wonderful beach getaway

This is our second year staying here and will likely be back next year! Owner is so nice, responds quickly, and provides you with everything you need: paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, towels, blankets, pillows, pots/pans, etc. The view of the marsh is pretty and relaxing on the screened in porch. Short walk to the beach, great pool, friendly residents, minimal noise, easy parking. They updated the bathroom to a shower, new vanity and floor, looks great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the place is clean. Love it here!

Perfect location

We were very pleased overall with our stay here! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and overlooking the marsh. Only two downsides were that golf carts are not allowed and no elevator. Rachel was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was so cute and clean. We especially loved the screened in balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely come back in the future!

Vacation family of 5

We had a wonderful 5 night stay June/July 23! We fit comfortably with 2 adults and 3 kids (7,9,11). We rented a golf from next door and they allowed us to park it in their lot since the condo doesn't allow golf cart parking. We loved every minute of our stay! Place is exactly how it's advertised! The back screened in area is wonderful! First floor (one set of stairs since the place is on stilts) is a plus too!
