Frustrating very frustrating
The property was very nice as was the location. We booked 2 weeks and departed the morning of the12th day. The internet was very lacking. Contacted the host he “tried” working with the satellite company. Even then it would only work for a few minutes. We were supposed to stay 14 days it was so frustrating that I contacted them on the 9th day to say we will be departing on the morning of the 11th day. They said we'll purchase more "time" we were able to watch one movie. Next day it was back to the same problems I called to say we'd be leaving early as we had had it. I said, it wasn't working again to which he said, "I purchased enough time for you to watch 8 movies.” “I said, we'd been able to watch only one.” If you advertised that you have it why would you "Purchase it" during our stay.
Never offered any consideration/compensation for the short stay.
We used VRBO last year and stayed about a mile away and had no problems.
