Casa Ibicenca Sagitario

Ibicenco style house located just 30 meters from the beach, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with outdoor dining area and barbecue. It is a cosy house with everything necessary to spend dream holidays, with family and friends.

"Sagitarius" is located a few meters from one of the most spectacular white sand beaches in Mallorca, you can enjoy long walks on the beach with beautiful sunrises. It is located in Playas de Muro, which has worldwide recognition for being one of the most beautiful beaches. With fine and white sand, it is ideal in summer to spend hours sunbathing, swimming, watching sunrise, resting or practising sports. In winter the place is spectacular for walking, disconnecting, doing sports and enjoying beautiful evenings. With family, with children, you can spend moments in the sea.

Beach lovers find their own paradise here, as the Playas de Muro beach is one of the best on the island for its large expanse of fine white sand and crystal-clear waters. It is ideal for children because there is not much swell and the descent from the shore is not very steep. It is also perfect for water sports. A car is recommended but not strictly necessary. During high season, a bus runs every 15 minutes to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia, which is approximately 5 km away. There the atmosphere is livelier, the streets are full of shops, bars and restaurants. We recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia and its Tuesday and Sunday market.

Das Haus ansich war von der Lage her wie beschrieben. Was allerdings völlig unakzeptabel war, ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Nur kurz ein paar Sachen stichpunktartig aufgeführt. Das Haus riecht modrig und war mega dreckig. Dreckig die Böden außen und innen, die Küche einfach nur eklig. Am Besteck waren Speisereste. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist verschlissen. Die Geräte verschlissen und nicht bedienbar, da abgenutzt. Die Küchenschränke dreckig und eklig. In der oberen Etage gab es auf der Terrasse keine Möbel. Die Außendusche ist defekt. Die Bettdecken waren ohne Bezug. Das ist eklig. Die Matratzen waren mega dreckig - pfui. Die Couch ist ebenfalls verschlissen. Es gibt zu wenige Nachttischlampen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, keine Wechselbettwäsche, keine Wechselhandtücher. Nach einem Regenguss war der Strom inklusiv W-Lan weg. Bei über 2000 die Woche eine Frechheit. Ich habe die Kosten für die Reinigung 160 zurückgefordert. "Villafy Mallorca Rentals" (Herr Monse) war das egal. Die Top Bewertungen die man online findet spiegeln in keiner Weise die Realität. Die Bilder sind veraltet. Ein Haus in solch einem Zustand zu solch einem Preis zu vermieten ist einfach nur dreist.Villafy Mallorca Rentals - nie wieder!

Unter den Betten. Hier wurde definitiv nicht gereinigt. Reinigungsgebühr 160 Euro.
