3 bed 2 bath apartment with spacious wrap-around terrace providing all day sunshine. Apartment is well furnished and equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment overlooks the shared pool which guests have unlimited access to. The apartment is air conditioned throughout and benefits from exterior shutters to help keep the apartment cool during the heat of the day. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, oven and hob. There is an additional drinks fridge in the dining area to provide additional facilities. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and king size bed, it also benefits from patio doors to the east facing terrace, perfect for an alfresco breakfast. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and built in wardrobes. The apartment benefits from free Wifi and TV with Uk and European channels. There is also a dvd player and music system.
The apartment is set in a secure community 9km from the new Region of Murcia airport.
