Located at the Southeast corner of the Iberian Peninsula in the Murcia region of Spain, bordering the province of Albacete in the North, the province of Alicante in the East, the provinces of Granada, Albacete and Almería in the West, and the Mediterranean in the Southeast.



The Murcia region lies at the centre of the Spanish Mediterranean coastal arch and features the Mar Manor Europe’s biggest salt-water lagoon, and is probably Spain’s least talked about region. The Summers are hot and the winters are mild and rain rarely last more than a day at a time

The location of the property was great in that it was by the pool and public garden and access to the golf club restaurant and children’s park areas was ideal. The golf resort was very clean and tidy and very well presented. The apartment itself was not value for money and was rather tired with dog hairs evident on the furnishings and the furniture itself showing real signs of wear and tear with the rattan garden furniture collapsed in areas and pieces of the rattan breaking off which is not good with small children. We had other issues but the agent sorted those in a timely fashion. There were also issues with local resident’s dogs but these were outside of the owner’s/agent’s control.
