I stayed at Buddy Hotel Munich for five nights and overall had a decent experience. Check‑in was efficient, and the receptionist provided all the information I needed, though his manner felt quite cold and not very welcoming. The room itself was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — a good bed, a coffee machine, and an excellent shower. For the first four nights it was very peaceful, and I genuinely thought the rooms were soundproof. Unfortunately, on my last night I had a very noisy neighbour, and I could hear them snoring through the wall, which affected the final impression a bit. The area immediately outside the hotel felt a little dodgy at times, so it’s worth being aware of your surroundings, especially in the evenings. That said, the location is extremely convenient: plenty of supermarkets, shops, and places to eat nearby, and very close to stations for airport transfers and day trips around Munich. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for exploring the city, with just a couple of things that could be improved.

Perfect location, about 10 minute walk to the train station. Room is tiny but suitable for solo travelers. Simple amenities. Only turnoff was the guy at the desk, his name is German. His customer skills could use some help!!! By the way, New Year’s Eve, no hot water???

The location of the hotel is good very central, but the room was very small we stayed for only one night so it was okay, but I would not stay there again and the parking garage is very narrow and I would not recommend parking there with a regular or large size vehicle.

Not our first stay at the Buddy, so we knew we were in a good place. The rooms are a bit small, but we didn’t go to Munich to stay in the room. The location is perfect, the staff is awesome and it was everything we expected.

Good for a stay to be up early on the train to the airport. Caters to a younger crowd. Safe, clean and enough space. Bed was hard and only one pillow. Quiet. Not horribly far from Christmas markets but I would not stay here for that. Main train station isn't far.

Room was amazing! It's super small and cozy, but all made to take advantage of the small space. You don't have a lot of room, but everything is so strategically placed, that is very cozy! I loved being there! Staff was super friendly, and location is great, right in the middle of everything, and super close to the subway. I was very impressed and even got a few ideas to optimize my house!
